Completion of Your Marathon!

Congratulations everyone on the completion of your marathon! Goals were attained... Dreams were made... Well Done! Special Congratulations to All The First Stride ladies! You have all trained hard for this very last race of the year and you have all done very well... Am very proud of you! Completion is important as you finish what you have started and set out to do... Everything else is always a bonus! I would like to Thank All of You for your wonderful support in 2007. The First Stride programme would not have been made possible without all of you! You have all be inspriational to me as I watched all of you persist and persevered through training to attain your goals and dreams! All of you inspire me to be a better runner myself.
