Fitness & Conditioning Class is a HIT!
Fifth Ray's fitness & conditioning class is becoming a Big HIT with a number of our runners. Most of them who have been attending sessions on a regular basis are seeing significant changes in their muscle tone, development, strength and power. We have had a few 'guest' appearances and after one session they love it. This is heartening for me as it reinforces that we have made the right decision in incorporating the fitness & conditioning component as part of our running programme. I think it is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. The group has loads of fun as they 'push' themselves to their own limits. Speaking of 'pushing', at times the fitness & conditioning session can be mistaken for a 'prenatal' class or 'labour' in progress. It is quite funny! hahahaha....
